Please allow 1-2 days to process your order and 2 business days for shipping within the US. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your unused product in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on all return items. We do not do exchanges at this time.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
