Please allow 1-2 days to process your order and 2 business days for shipping within the US. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your unused product in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. A flat rate return fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.We do not do exchanges at this time.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact your bank for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
Initiating a Return:
- Via Your Account: Log in to your account, navigate to 'My Orders,' select the item you wish to return, and submit a return request.
- Without Account Access: If you cannot access your account, please contact our support team directly. You can reach us via our Contact Us page. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Processing Your Return:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less the return fee, within 3-5 business days.
